Brief History:
1970’s -80’s Experimented in drawing, oil painting, airbrush painting, and scenic painting. Received part-time and free-lance work as an airbrush artist, scenic artist, and fine artist.
1980’s Completed Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Completed Master of Fine Arts Degree at Washington University, St Louis. Was hired by The Art Institute of Chicago to give painting demonstrations and to create reproductions of paintings in their permanent collections. Performed free-lance work as a muralist, graphic artist, photo retouch artist, and fine artist. Worked as a junior high school art teacher.
1990’s Worked as a full-time muralist for The Larson Company. Worked as a free-lance muralist, graphic artist, illustrator, designer, scenic artist, and fine artist. Work as an Art Museum Educator for the Saint Louis Art Museum. Worked as a full-time middle school and elementary school art teacher. Worked as an adjunct professor of art history at The College of St Francis.
2000’s Worked as a free-lance muralist, scenic artist, graphic artist, illustrator, designer, and full-time art teacher.
2018 – present Working as a free-lance scenic artist, muralist, and fine artist.
